Information for YP and College Gathering

Note: The event take place at the Cleveland Marriott East (26300 Harvard Road, Warrensville Heights, OH 44122)

Two step registration process:

• Step one: Complete the registration form
• Step two: Make the payment online
  • Enter total cost of meals ($10 per person)
  • Select ‘YP/College/Serving meal’ in the dropdown menu
  • Enter payment information
  • NOTE: If paying for multiple children or serving ones, please enter their names in the notes field

General schedule

• YP and and their serving ones
  • 12:30 PM: Gather in the Atrium (escorted to lunch in groups)
  • 12:30-1:30 PM: Lunch in classrooms
  • 1:30-2:30 PM: YP time in Cleveland Room (no food)
• College saints and their serving ones
  • 1:00 PM: Gather in the Atrium (escorted to lunch in groups)
  • 1:00-2:30 PM: Lunch in classrooms
  • 2:30-3:00 PM: Cleanup classrooms (college students)
